To request freight credit from Norfolk Southern: 

• Access the online NS Credit Application.
• Complete all required fields on the application.
• Review the terms and conditions of the Agreement included within the application.
• Sign and submit the application online. You will receive a copy by email.

If you have previously established credit with NS and have not shipped in the past 12 months, a new credit application may be necessary.
